Sitting amongst the wooden panels and velvet chairs of a bar in the Italian alps, night after night a Bond-like bartender in formal whites delivered drinks that captivated even the most discerning critics. As snowflakes fell silently outside, blanketing the fairy-tale houses of the sleepy town outside their window, stories rolled off the tongue like waves - reminiscent of the oceanside city from whence they came. The Sydney skyline seemed worlds away and yet it was then and there that they decided to capture this moment forever, in a bottle of their own. A chronicle, if you will…

Chron | icle | noun: a historical or factual account of important events

To us, a chronicle is a modern day ‘once-upon-a-time’. And here is what we know: Every event that involves loved ones… whether Aunt Marge’s 70th or the night your best friend ended it with the guy you didn't like anyway – deserves to be chronicled. Across the table, his understated mannerisms don’t match his magnetic persona, whilst her take-charge attitude seems unlikely for this fair-haired chatterbox.

Yet, lean a little closer and the smiles on their faces, familiarity to their banter and obvious trusted behaviour tells a different story. A story of life lived alongside, valleys weathered, mountains climbed. A story of milestones celebrated, and memories made. The Chronicle of two couples - once friends, now family. Bound by a partnership committed to making memories - the good fortune they’ve had to find each other, travel the world and discover their passion was one too good keep to themselves.. thus, they’ve bottled it to share with you…
