- 45ml Chronicles Italian Dry Gin
- 30ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 egg white
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 60ml soda water
- Lemon slice, to serve
- Mint sprig, to serve
Combine Gin, lemon juice and sugar in your cocktail shaker. Stir and dissolve the sugar then add egg white and (dry) shake for 10 seconds - this will help form the "fizz". Then add ice and shake for another 10-15 seconds. Strain into a glass, add soda water and top with lemon and mint.
