We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed within Australia. Unfortunately, International Shipping is not currently available.When can I expect my order to arrive?
We strive to process all orders within three business days of the order being placed. Please note that during peak dispatch times and any sale times, delivery timeframes may be extended.
Once sent, orders within Australia (Australia Post or DHL Courier Service) should arrive within 1 – 6 business days depending on your location. All of our customers will receive a shipping notification email, and tracking number once the order is sent. Customers may be required to show ID upon delivery.
Note: If your order contains pre-order item(s), it will be shipped in 2 weeks. Please note unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee delivery prior to Christmas for pre-order items.
Delivery instructions and liability
Please ensure correct and current delivery details are provided at the time of order.
Products will NOT be delivered to persons not of the age of majority and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your state, territory or province of residence and in the state, territory or province of purchase, delivery and consumption. Any person receiving our Products must provide satisfactory proof of age. Where you elect to have our Products left at the point of delivery, you do so at your own risk and assume responsibility and indemnify Chronicles Gin from the time of delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship our products outside of Australia. However, we are working hard to make our gin available internationally as soon as possible. All international queries can be made to email@example.com
Returns & Replacement
We sincerely apologise should you ever receive a damaged product. We have worked hard to ensure all of our bottles are well protected and the companies handling them are equipped to do so. Nevertheless, accidents do happen. We will replace goods damaged during shipping where we are notified within 3 days from the time of delivery. Please follow the steps below.
Return of delivered items will be on a limited basis to ensure the integrity and quality of our Products.
If you wish to request replacement or return your purchased item(s):
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your item with ‘Replacement or Return’ as the subject. In the body of the email please state the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return*
- Photo of the bottle, if it was damaged
- We will reply to your email as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.
- Where a Return is possible and confirmed by us, please return the original stock item(s), including all original packaging, to our address listed below (Please note that the shipping costs to return your item(s) will be your responsibility).
- Upon receiving the returned item(s) in good order we will issue a refund (via the original form of payment) for the value of the returned item(s).
