How long do you hold my data?

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. Gin is a very stable spirit and if unopened and stored correctly it will retain its quality and flavour indefinitely. However, once opened it is recommended that you consume bottles of opened spirits within 2 years. Our alcohol-removed range will be stamped with a use by date and storage instructions.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a personalisation service, but we encourage our customers to personalise the bottle themselves with a black or metallic sharpie. There is space on every label to write on the line after ‘Chronicles of _______________’. Use your imagination, there are endless possibilities!
