About our Italian Dry Gin Alcohol Removed
I still carry the scrawled notes in my diary from the night we first tasted what would later become our signature gin. It is dry and peppery with a point of difference that is hard to put your finger on. That might be because this handcrafted, alcohol-removed (and sugar-free!) Italian gin includes a carefully selected and balanced combination of our favourite botanicals like juniper, pepper, lavender, cardamom and lemon balm. The knowledge and care taken to perfect this recipe is evident in the glass and the soft ‘bite’ it leaves you with, is a memory in itself. Enjoy the classic flavour now without the alcohol.

Our signature gin is perfect in all of your favourite gin based cocktails or served with your tonic of choice. Garnish with a twist of lemon, lavender or cucumber.
Each of our botanicals are grown in the Italian Alps at the foot of the Dolomites, and are hand selected by our discerning distiller, who happens to come from a long line of organic farmers whom his distillery is named after. Traditional methods of distillation are used as each botanical is assorted into baskets and lovingly married into the highest quality gin, brewed in copper stills, bottled and sealed with care - all under one roof.
Note: Our alcohol-removed range may contain some traces of alcohol, consistent with other alcohol-removed products, including supermarket fruit juices.
